This book's methodology is based on learning the vowels with the letters, then understanding the letters with elongations, sukoon, tanween, and shaddah, as well as understanding the rules of reciting the Quran. This is done in a scientific progression with examples. This method has proven effective in teaching correct pronunciation of letters and developing excellent reading skills in general, and specifically in reading the Quran with proper recitation.
